Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on any order over $250*. For orders under $250 it is $24.99*

ALL shipments including furniture are to the door deliveries. Contact will be made by the shipper to arrange the delivery.

We have carefully selected our products and our suppliers. Many of our items will ship directly from the supplier. This approach saves time, money and resources which saves you and the environment.

Depending on the item and the supplier the order could ship via Canada Post, Fedex or other 3rd party shippers.

If your order includes multiple items you may receive multiple shipments. Your orders contain valuable items so our carriers require a signature upon delivery.

Stock items ship within 5 business days. Furniture made to order ships in 7-9 weeks. This includes 5-7 weeks of production time and 1-2 weeks in transit.

*some exceptions will apply depending on how remote the location.

Damaged Shipments

We do everything possible to make sure that your order arrives safely and undamaged however from time to time damages from shipping may occur. If this happens to your order, we have a simple process.

First, you MUST note box damage on the shippers documents when receiving your shipment. Next, carefully open the box and check for item damages.

If your item is damaged email clear pictures of the damages with your original order number and item name to whatsup@armchairmuse.com to receive replacement parts or an RA number for return.

Cancellation

We hope that in most cases our expedited order process works to your advantage; however we recognize that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of submitting the order.

If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order to us. Please see return policy.

Returns

Products can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the item for a full refund (minus shipping charges ) with the exception of custom made and clearance.

Every item requires a RA number which can be obtained from customer service. If an item is returned without a valid RA number it will be refused and sent back to the customer at his or her own expense.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and if any product comes back damaged or missing packaging a restocking fee will be charged.

Any shipments refused at the door by the customer will be considered a return. Cancellations should be refused at the door.
